During regular monthly visits, emotional support, counseling and assistance are offered on matters of life and school. Furthermore, to propel the young people toward the essence of righteousness, scholarships are given to those who excel in behavior or grades. The youths also gain understanding of the spirit of Tzu Chi through the teachings of Still Thoughts by Master Cheng Yen. Finally, with activities involving Chinese calligraphy, Chinese watercolor, kung fu, and tai chi, these young people are introduced to Chinese culture.
